Sabrina Zhao is an Associate and Executive Assistant to the Managing Partner of the office in China. She graduated from Suchow University, majoring in law. She holds a legal professional qualification certificate and has an excellent knowledge of Chinese law, including civil law, criminal law, corporate law and international law.

Before joining the Firm, she interned at another reputable law firm in Shanghai where she was engaged in a number of civil actions and provided corporate and advisory services. She also clerked as an intern in Suchow Intermediate People’s Court and Suchow Arbitration Commission, where she worked on a variety of cases supporting arbitrators in case analyses and opinion writing. Her work at the Intermediate People’s court also provided her with extensive experience of the inner workings of the court and an insider knowledge of Intermediate People’s Court procedures. Her current practice will focus on general corporate work, including franchising, intellectual property and commercial disputes. She has an outstanding ability to complete her job duties meticulously and coordinate well with other team members.
