Mr. Nori is an accomplished former corporate executive and current strategic consultant with nearly two decades of advisory experience involving hundreds of international transactions. With a background which encompasses working at multiple global investment banks, his practice today brings much more to the table than just legal expertise for his clientele – typically serving as a trusted tactical advisor and confidant to global senior leadership teams, IGO’s, NGO’s, UHNW individuals and creative entrepreneurs.

Although today Mr. Nori serves as General Counsel to a number of businesses from start-up through Venture Capital and IPO – he draws upon much broader business knowledge and a much wider skill set than simply his legal pedigree. His deep knowledge of the law and regulations, in addition to his business strategy acumen, finance background, negotiating skills, dispute mitigation/resolution expertise and influential network place him in a unique position to add tremendous value for his sophisticated clientele.

In addition to his pivotal role at Aliant, LLP, Mr. Nori is the Founder & Chairman at The N-th Portfolio – where he specializes in tactical consulting for domestic/international entities and UHNW individuals.

Over the last two decades, supplementing his academic studies Mr. Nori has held multiple global accreditations and licenses such as an Registered Investment Advisor (RIA), Chartered Financial Analyst candidate (CFA), SEC/FINRA/IIROC member (Series 4, 7, 63, 65, etc.).
