Raquel Castro Musmanni is an accomplished attorney and notary public with a diverse range of expertise in various legal fields and languages. Her impressive academic journey commenced with the successful completion of a Bachelor’s degree in Law at the prestigious University of Costa Rica in 1999. In the same year, she became a member of the Costa Rican Bar Association.

A strong advocate for continuous learning and cultural exchange, Raquel embarked on language studies, obtaining an Advanced Italian certificate from the Dante Alighieri Cultural Association in 1996 and a certificate in Advanced French from the University of Paris-Sorbonne in 1993. To further enhance her linguistic proficiency, she pursued studies of Italian in Florence, Italy, and French in Montauban, France.

Raquel’s passion for languages extended to English, where she completed advanced studies at the Costa Rican-North American Cultural Center in 1992. Demonstrating her commitment to language proficiency, she also earned an Advanced English Certificate from the University of Cambridge.

With over a decade of experience in the legal field, Raquel currently holds the position of Attorney and Notary Public at the Aliant office in Costa Rica since 2010. In this role, she specializes in immigration law, real estate matters, and contracts, making her a valuable asset to the firm.

Before joining the Aliant office in Costa Rica, Raquel had a successful tenure from 1998 to 2009 at Lang & Asociados, where she focused on labor law, notarial and registry law, trademarks, immigration law, and legal research

Her entrepreneurial spirit led her to co-found Conservas Finca de Oro S.A., a canning and export company, where she took charge of contract negotiations and represented the company in international trade shows from 2000 to 2012. Additionally, she gained marketing and sales experience during her time at Procesadora de Palmito S.A. between 1996 and 1998.

Raquel is known for her legal acumen, linguistic versatility, and diverse skill set, which make her a distinguished legal professional in Costa Rica and beyond.
