Agnieszka Wagemann – Smolańska specialises in drafting and evaluating contracts between business entities, and in compiling procedural documents in both instances. She also organises trainings, issues legal opinions in civil law, family law, commercial law, consumer law, labour law and unfair competition law.

While acting for corporate clients, she participated in assemblies and meetings with the bodies of the legal persons. Her experience and attitude towards foreign clients resulted in trust and creating positive atmosphere and good work ambience.
