With over 20 years of experience Walid has expertise in negotiation, preparation and review of various contracts including financial lease agreements, distribution agreements, licensing agreements, service agreements for provision of various types of services in different sectors, franchising agreements, construction agreements, employment agreements, pledge agreements, lease agreements, real estate purchases and all such other contracts necessary for the daily operations of corporations.

Walid feels a career defining moment was after 4 years of trials and investigations he was able to obtain an acquittal verdict to all 5 members of family accused of murdering the neighbour.

He is a member of the Beirut Bar Association and fluent in English, French and Arabic. In his spare time he enjoys reading.
