With 20 years of experience as a lawyer and a cross-disciplinary legal expertise that has led him to deal with a wide variety of subjects during his career, he is particularly active in commercial law, restructuring and business contracts.

He has particular expertise in the management of contractual relations and the acquisition of companies, including before the court. He fluently speaks French and English.
