Jasmine Liu is an Attorney Candidate with our firm in China. She obtained her legal education and experience in both China and the United Kingdom. Her first degree in China was in finance from Hunan Agricultural University and after several years of working experience, she completed her master’s degree in the University of Manchester in the United Kingdom, majoring in International Law, with an emphasis on public international law, international investment law and international commercial arbitration. Prior to joining the firm, Ms. Liu worked as a legal assistant at a wholly foreign-owned international architectural design firm, where she accumulated extensive experience in corporate law as well as contract law.

At the firm, Ms. Liu specializes in foreign direct investment, international commercial arbitration and corporate law. She is fluent in both English and Mandarin Chinese.
