Džiolana Tarvainytė is the Managing Partner at Aliant Lithuania. With over 20 years of experience confidently dealing with complex legal issues and coming up with efficient out-of-the-box legal strategies, Džiolana employees the unique strengths of each member of her team so that no detail is missed and every opportunity to get the case closed in favor of the client is taken. Her areas of practice include commercial agreements, real estate and construction law, cross-border contracting, IP & IT, corporate, public procurement, aviation law, and dispute resolution.

She is a member of many professional organizations, including the Lithuanian Bar Association, Lithuanian Young Bar Association, the International Bar Association, Civil Code and Code of Civil Procedure of the Republic of Lithuania Committee, The Court of Honour of Advocates, The Bar Exam Commission, and IR Global. In her free time, Džiolana likes to travel and ride horses. She also enjoys sports and chess.
