Chaouki Gaddada has been a lawyer for 8 years and his practice focuses in all areas of employment law, mainly with companies, but also with employees.

A true enthusiast of the subject, from which he graduated with a B.A. and a specialized Master’s degree, and who has always practiced since his first internships, Chaouki Gaddada has acquired a solid and rich experience of legal advice in Employment and Benefits law, which enables him to provide competent and pragmatic support to companies of all sizes and in all sectors regarding Employment Law issues (implementation of employee benefits tools, drawing up collective company agreements, support in setting up and monitoring employee’s representative bodies, handling disciplinary cases, Social Security litigation, et seq.).
