AJ has practiced law and consulting for businesses and individuals for almost 30 years in areas ranging from small startups to growth organizations, fund managers, and even individual entertainment talent.

He has broad life experience and was an award-winning University professor, teaching thousands of students over 15 years in person and online at the largest multinational academic institution on the planet. He has been a mentor and advisor to startup Founders in the global Founder Institute program and taught related seminars at the Atlanta Technology Development Center.

AJ is a private plane and hang glider pilot, scuba and freediver, general outdoor adventurer and enthusiast, and enjoys tackling tough problems in the company of creative people.

He plays several instruments and has performed in film, television, radio, and onstage as an actor, dancer, acrobat, and voiceover talent, as well as writing, producing, directing, editing, creating the concept, and composing and producing music, for a variety of video projects.

AJ focuses currently in helping organizations finance their business cycles through a combination of creative traditional finance tools, structures, and tactics, and an endless imaginative array of regulatory-compliant crypto asset capabilities, in addition to serving clients in tech, energy, and entertainment globally, and domestically in the United States.
