Adrian is the Managing Partner of Aliant’s Singapore office. He is dual-qualified in Singapore and in England and Wales. Adrian’s practice includes cross-border commercial disputes, white-collar crime, regulatory compliance, and investigations.

As a leading trial and disputes lawyer, Adrian has acted in matters involving commercial disputes, international sanctions, complex fraud, securities fraud, and corruption. He also acts in arbitrations administered by the SIAC.

Adrian and his award-winning team serve statutory boards, publicly listed corporations, small and medium enterprises, and individuals. Adrian’s clients describe him as “incisive” and “empathetic” and his advice as “practical and sound”.

Adrian also assists corporations in the conduct of internal investigations into fraud, corruption, and other serious misconduct. Adrian has acted for a number of regulatory bodies in the prosecution of regulated professionals.

Adrian is a trial advocacy trainer for the Law Society. He is also an adjunct lecturer at the Singapore Management University.
