Afshin Andrew Asher is an accomplished attorney who specializes in estate planning and administration, probate, estate and gift tax planning, and business succession planning. He is recognized as a Certified Legal Specialist in Estate Planning, Trust, and Probate Law by the State Bar of California Board of Legal Specialization.

Afshin earned a Master of Law Degree in Taxation with honors and a Juris Doctor, graduating in the top 10% of his class, where he was a published member of the law review and a four-time recipient of the American Jurisprudence Award.

Afshin has been consistently recognized as a Super Lawyer in the field of estate planning from 2012 to 2025, a distinction awarded to the top 5% of lawyers in California. Earlier in his career, he was named a Super Lawyers Rising Star in 2009 and 2010.
