Allan join the Aliant team as part of our Panama office located in Panama City. He recieved a Bachelor of Laws and Political Science from the University of Panama Law School in 2008 and a Master of Law (L.L.M.) from the Pennsylvania State University, Dickinson School Of Law in 2012. Allan is a lawyer and consultant with more than 15 years of experience in Mergers and Acquisitions, Corporate Restructuring, Bankrupcy and Insolvency, Corporate Governance and Securities Regulation. Allan has served as an Advisor to the Superintendent of the Securities Market of the Rep. of Panama, and Interim Superintendent Ad Hoc.
Allan is the author of the book “Tender Offers in Panama: Study for lawyers and investors”, 6 articles, has been a professor of law at undergraduate and graduate level, and a recurrent speaker at several events.
He’s fluent in both English and Spanish.
