Dirk Andreae-Nehlsen is Of Counsel at Aliant, LLP. He is specialized in french and international tax law.

Dirk received his law degree from the university of Paris Sorbonne and a Masters of Laws in Taxation from Paris II Assas University. He also received his MBA from EADA Buiness school in Barcelona.

Dirk started his career in big law firms (such as Shearman & Sterling San Francisco, Mayer Brown Paris, CMS Francis Lefebvre Paris, GGV Paris) before creating his own law firm and joining Aliant. He is the author of several articles and one book about tax law in France. He is teaching law and tax law in several universities and business schools all of the word (including Paris I Sorbonne and University of Bucarest).

Over his career, Dirk has specialized on representing the interests of foreign companies and their expats/inpats in France as well high net worth individuals.

Dirk is a member of several associations including: the french-german lawyers association and IR Global.
